Job Description: We’re seeking a Power BI expert with strong experience in data engineering, AI workflows, and business intelligence to help us build a high-performance dashboard environment for our internal operations. Our current setup involves Excel exports and manual tracking. We want to: Centralize all our reporting into Power BI Automate refreshes via Azure pipelines Build a scalable data model from multiple sources (SQL, Salesforce, Excel, APIs) You’ll also help with KPI alignment, and UX refinement for different user groups (executive vs ops). Skills Required: Power BI (Advanced DAX, Power Query, Paginated Reports) Microsoft Fabric, or Azure Synapse Data Lake setup and ETL automation Python or SQL for scripting and automation API integration (REST, JSON) Project Goals: Reduce manual reporting time by 90% Increase insight accuracy and executive visibility Provide a scalable, automated BI solution Ideal Background: You’ve worked with corporate teams, tech startups, and C-suite clients. You’re analytical and strategic, but hands-on when needed. You understand the balance between visual storytelling and solid engineering.
