We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist to lead the design, deployment, support, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services across our organization and client environments. This role is critical in enhancing productivity, collaboration, security, and compliance using Microsoft 365 tools like Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Azure AD, and Defender for Office 365. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Implementation & Deployment o Plan and implement Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Azure AD, etc.). o Administration, configuration, and further development of the Microsoft O365 environment, with a special focus on SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate o Development and implementation of workflows and processes in Power Automate to optimize and automate business processes o Creation of custom applications and forms in PowerApps for different business requirements o Management and maintenance of SharePoint sites, libraries, permissions, and metadata - Collaboration with specialist departments to analyze requirements and develop appropriate solutions - Ensuring compliance with security and compliance policies within the O365 environment - Troubleshooting and support for technical issues related to O365 tools and services - Training and supporting end users in the use of SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate - Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the O365 platform - Documentation of system changes, processes, and policies o Migrate on-premise or cloud email/data systems to Microsoft 365. o Configure and manage M365 tenants and security settings. • Administration & Support o Manage user accounts, licenses, and access controls. o Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for M365 issues. o Ensure high availability and performance of M365 services. • Security & Compliance o Implement security best practices: MFA, DLP, Conditional Access, Defender for O365. o Monitor and manage compliance policies (e.g., retention, eDiscovery). o Conduct regular audits and security assessments. • Collaboration & Training o Train end-users and teams on M365 apps and new features. o Work with departments to optimize workflows using Power Automate and Teams. o Serve as liaison with Microsoft Support and partners as needed. • Automation & Optimization o Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Power Platform. o Monitor usage analytics and suggest improvements. o Stay current on Microsoft 365 updates and roadmap features.
