Email Cleanup Assistant (Temporary, Remote)
Hourly: $15.00 - $20.00
Job Description: I’m looking for a detail-oriented, trustworthy individual to assist with cleaning up two separate business email accounts. The primary goal is to delete old or unnecessary emails to free up storage space and improve organization. Responsibilities: Sort through two business email inboxes Delete spam, promotions, and irrelevant or outdated emails Organize remaining messages into folders (if applicable) Follow basic guidance to avoid deleting important messages Estimated Time Commitment: 4–6 hours total (may take up to 8 hours maximum) Rate: $15-$20/hour (open to negotiation based on experience) Ideal Candidate: Has experience with Gmail, Outlook, or other email platforms Can work independently and respects privacy/confidentiality Pays attention to detail and can follow clear instructions To Apply: Please send a brief message explaining your experience with email management, your availability, and any questions you may have.
