Role Summary As Marketing Manager focused on lead generation, you will own the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to attract and engage our ideal customers. Your primary goal will be to drive high-quality leads and optimize funnel conversion rates to increase demo bookings. You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals. Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation Strategy & Execution: Develop and own a scalable lead generation roadmap aligned with business growth objectives, sales pipeline targets, and buyer journey insights. - Paid Social Management: Strategically plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive qualified traffic and MQLs. - Funnel Creation & Optimization: Design full-funnel journeys (ad to landing page to nurture sequences) optimized for demo bookings. Continuously A/B test messaging, CTAs, creative, and page layouts to improve conversion rates. - Audience Segmentation: Leverage customer data, personas, and behavioral insights to create hyper-targeted campaigns for different stages of the buyer journey. - A/B & Multivariate Testing: Continuously test ad copy, headlines, visuals, audience segments, and landing page variants to improve click-through and conversion rates. - Budget Management: Monitor, manage, and optimize ad budgets to ensure cost-effective customer acquisition and maximum return on ad spend (ROAS). - Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key metrics (CPL, CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS). Use tools like Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and CRM systems to derive actionable insights. - CRM & Demo Integration: Ensure seamless lead capture, handoff, and tracking into CRM and demo booking tools. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with the sales and SDR teams to improve lead quality and optimize the lead-to-demo conversion journey. - Market & Audience Research: Deeply understand our audience’s pain points, preferences, and behaviors to inform segmentation and creative development. - Trend Monitoring: Stay current on platform changes (Meta), ad formats, algorithm updates, and lead generation best practices to maintain competitive advantage. Required Qualifications - 3–5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid social and lead generation. - Demonstrated success driving demo bookings or sales through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). - Hands-on expertise with funnel building, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization. - Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and funnel tools. - Strong copywriting instincts and an eye for creativity that converts. - Comfortable working with data and using insights to make fast, iterative decisions. - Familiarity with lead nurturing tools, email sequences, and CRM workflows. - Self-starter mindset — proactive, organized, and accountable with excellent project management skills. - Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, or different ad formats on Meta platforms.
