We are seeking a highly organized, social media-skilled Virtual Assistant to join our fast-paced YouTube and Internet Marketing business. The ideal candidate must be a native Polish speaker (from Poland, not just someone who lives in Poland - must be Polish), but very comfortable with both Polish and English languages. Our CEO is Polish and I (the owner) am an American living in Poland, can speak A2 Polish and am learning more everyday, so we can use both :) You should be eager to learn new tools and techniques, including YouTube strategy, learning how to make "AI characters" using voice, adding AI music, and video, internet marketing, and be open-minded about the future of business. We are looking for a candidate who is excited about the prospect of building a dynamic business that will hopefully provide for our families here in Poland in the future! Key Responsibilities: - AI Voice Creation: Use "ElevenLabs" AI voice creation software to create audio for faceless YouTube videos (primary responsibility). Initially all audio will be in English, with potential Polish content in the future. We will provide full training on this unique skill. - Email Management: Maintain our company email accounts, including: Our 600k subscriber YouTube music channel email, our professional email inbox for our other YouTube channel (100-300k subscribers), we will train you on our email management systems and protocols - Daily Administrative Tasks: Handle various small tasks such as: Downloading videos and transferring them to course software for our online course sales, learning to post videos and manage content across our social media platforms, other administrative duties as needed - Communication: Use "TG" app for daily communication and coordination - Business Development: Demonstrate a high level of internet skills, with a willingness to learn how to run a YouTube business - Technology Adoption: Show an open-minded approach to learning about AI and other future business tools - Reliability: Be punctual and easy to communicate with. On-time responses to messages are crucial - Schedule: Be a "morning person" - we prefer to finish work earlier in the day. Must be occasionally willing to work weekends when needed - Communication Style: Be outgoing and comfortable working in an American/Western business context with direct, open communication Qualifications: - Native Polish speaker (a Polish person from Poland) - Strong English language skills - Excellent organization and time-management skills - High level of internet knowledge - Ability to learn quickly - Openness to new technologies and tools - Strong interest in AI and YouTube specifically - Punctuality and strong communication skills - Comfortable working early hours and occasional weekends - Outgoing personality and comfortable with direct communication style Please note: Candidates who are hard to communicate with, or who ignore messages, will not be a good fit for this role.
