Hourly: $5.00 - $7.00

About the Role Infinity Brands (a franchising consultancy) and KPD (an interior-design and architecture studio) are companies with bold growth ambitions. We need a proactive digital marketer who can own our day-to-day social presence, keep stakeholders in the loop, and constantly look for ways to sharpen performance across every digital touch-point. You’ll plan and publish content, co-ordinate sign-offs with our brand owners, and translate data into actionable insights that help both brands stand out online. What You’ll Do Content strategy & planning Build and maintain a rolling four-week content calendar for each brand across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Pinterest. Tie every post to current campaigns, product or service launches, and seasonal moments. Share the upcoming two weeks for approval every fortnight via Coda or Notion. Creative asset management Brief designers or create simple visuals yourself in Canva or Adobe Express. Craft platform-specific captions in UK English, complete with well-researched hashtags. Source, credit and repurpose user-generated content where appropriate. Publishing & community management Schedule posts through Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite. Stay on top of comments, DMs and tagged posts; pass customer queries to the service team. Engage with relevant communities to boost reach and brand sentiment. Performance optimisation Track key metrics—reach, engagement, click-through rate, follower growth, conversions. Run A/B tests on creative, copy and timing, and roll successful variants into the next cycle. Deliver a concise monthly report highlighting wins, challenges and next steps. Stakeholder liaison Host a short weekly stand-up with each brand owner to gather priorities. Chase approvals to keep the calendar on schedule. Keep signed-off assets neatly organised in Google Drive. Digital enhancement projects Audit and update Amazon A+ listings, Shopify pages and Google Business Profiles. Suggest quick-win CRO tweaks and brief the web team for implementation.
