Customize ForgeRock solutions to meet specific business requirements and integrate with other systems and applications. Facilitate setup of new applications with SSO (SAML/OIDC) via Azure AD and automated user provisioning (SCIM / GraphQL). System Administration: Monitor system performance, availability, and security. Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure systems are current and secure. Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes. Security Management: Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide level 2 and 3 support for ForgeRock-related issues. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve integration issues with upstream (HRIS) and downstream (Active Directory and other applications that have been setup with connectors) Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures. Prepare regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and other relevant metrics. Collaboration and Training: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operations of IAM systems. Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff on ForgeRock systems and best practices. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IAM concepts and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, SCIM, GraphQL, etc.). Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript, PowerShell) Familiarity with operating systems (Linux, Windows) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
