Looking for a Shipstation Consultant for following: Statement of Work: ShipStation Automation Setup Objective: To automate workflows in ShipStation for common order types by assigning weights and dimensions, applying rate shopping rules, and sorting orders into specific batches—reducing manual work and improving fulfillment efficiency. Background: Our company uses ShipStation to fulfill a range of products and accessories. We currently perform manual steps to assign weights/dimensions, select services, and batch orders based on contents. This project aims to automate those processes or establish a system that enables us to do it efficiently in-house. Scope of Work The selected expert will assist in one or more of the following: 1. Single-Unit Order Automation Identify when an order contains a single item. Assign accurate weight and dimensions based on product SKU. Apply an existing Rate Shopper rule to select the best shipping service. 2. Two-Unit Order Automation Detect common two-unit combinations and apply appropriate weights/dimensions. Apply the Rate Shopper rule. 3. Automated Batching Based on Order Contents Automatically assign orders to custom batches based on their SKUs 4. Support Format Hands-on setup OR walk-through guidance for internal setup—whichever is most efficient. Answer specific questions and provide best practices for automation, presets, and batching. Recommend further automation opportunities if applicable. Deliverables Either: Implemented automation OR clear step-by-step guidance to implement internally SKU-to-weight/dim configuration spreadsheet or summary Batch logic breakdown Optional: SOP or visual walkthrough to support ongoing use
