We’re on the lookout for a Reporting and Research Assistant to support our Client Support team. What we do: We help small to medium-sized businesses grow by managing parts of their sales process. In short, we help them get more sales. Using targeted messaging and systematic outreach through email, social media, and direct communication, we connect our clients with their ideal customers and generate interest in their products and services. What you will be doing: Compile and organize performance data for internal and external reporting. Research and gather marketing information to support both internal needs and client goals. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and key takeaways. Communicate findings clearly and effectively to your team. What we need: Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Confident communicator with strong oral and written command of English. A great sense of humor—seriously, it helps! No need for perfection—we’ll teach you the rest.
