Job Description: Person(s) Must be be familiar with Superior Court of the State of California for the county of San Francisco rules. We are seeking an experienced California civil litigation paralegal with direct experience preparing motions to seal entire case files under CRC 2.550–2.551—specifically in San Francisco Superior Court, Room 302 (PI cases). The core documents (declaration, memorandum of points and authorities, motion to seal) are already written. We need help strictly with proofing, formatting to California court standards (legal paper, TOC/TOA, line numbers, etc.), drafting the proposed order, organizing exhibits, preparing proof of service, and ensuring filing compliance. This is a personal and importnat project for a pro se litigant, so we’re only looking for someone who has successfully worked on motions to seal in California courts. Please do not apply if you have never assisted with or formatted a motion to seal a court record.
