We are seeking an experienced freelancer to help us set up and optimize our Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of configuring Roles, Profiles, Dashboards, Reports, and Pipelines and layouts. Your expertise will help streamline our CRM processes and enhance overall efficiency. If you have a proven track record in Zoho CRM customisation and can provide strategic insights for optimisation, we would like to hear from you. We have been using Zoho CRM for a few years, and I don't feel it is set up well. The business has changed a lot over the last few years, and we have not utilised any new Zoho CRM features over the past few years. I need someone who can help and advise on how to set up Zoho CRM better. They need to be familiar with things like Kiaos. Wizards can best explain how to use them and to set them up. This initial project is to see how we work together. This will be ongoing for the right person. I prefer to work with an individual person not an agency.
