I'm looking for a highly experienced and reliable full-stack web developer or automation expert to help me finalize and fully launch my fitness business, Khodr Training, which is built on Squarespace and paired with a custom-designed mobile app. The website is 90–95% complete, and the app layout is already built. Now I need someone to step in, tighten everything up, and make sure the entire system is automated, scalable, and ready for launch ASAP. Here’s the mission: I want the entire client journey to be fully hands-off. When a customer subscribes to one of our monthly or annual coaching plans, everything needs to happen automatically — payment is processed, a welcome email is sent, onboarding begins, and their custom plan is delivered through the app without me lifting a finger. I want to eliminate all manual work so the business can grow smoothly. What needs to be done is a combination of design polishing, backend automation, and payment integration. The site needs a few design adjustments to improve flow and visual appeal. We also need to set up a secure payment processor (like Stripe) that handles both monthly and yearly subscriptions. Once payment is complete, the user should automatically receive their onboarding email sequence, be added to the correct membership level, and gain access to their plan and features within the app. That includes meal plans, workout plans, progress tracking, recipes, shopping lists, and more. I’d also like help setting up basic email marketing automation — like abandoned cart emails, follow-ups, or even client update broadcasts — plus the integration of a basic chatbot for customer support or FAQs. You should have deep experience with Squarespace (especially Membership Areas), automation tools like Zapier or Make, payment processing, and ideally know how to work with app integrations or syncing user data between platforms. A strong eye for design is important too — while most of the visuals are done, a few areas still need polishing. My goal is to launch ASAP, so I’m looking for someone who can move quickly, communicate clearly, and get the job done efficiently with minimal back-and-forth.
