Job Title: Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) – Expert-Led, AI-Powered Growth About Us: We are a fast-growing advisory firm specializing in scaling B2B tech firms from startup to scale-up, with a focus on building expert-led, AI-powered revenue engines. We currently have $12M in pipeline and you would be instrumental in helping close deals (and receive a % of the upside as a result). The Opportunity: We’re seeking a dynamic Fractional Chief Revenue Officer to help advise, architect and execute revenue strategies for our B2B tech firm clients. You’ll help unify sales, marketing, and customer success under a single vision, leveraging both your expertise and our AI-driven systems to deliver full-funnel growth. This is a part-time, contract or advisory role with flexible hours and high-impact potential. Key Responsibilities: • Advise on the development and implementation of holistic revenue strategies across paid ads, inbound, and outbound channels. • Advise on the integration of all funnel stage content (paid, written, video, PR) into a seamless sales system. • Help optimize sales and marketing processes for efficiency and conversion. • Analyze market trends and client performance to identify new growth opportunities. • Mentor and align cross-functional teams to a unified revenue vision. • Create and monitor KPIs, reporting on revenue progress and campaign effectiveness. • Devise and execute upsell and retention strategies to maximize client lifetime value. Qualifications: • 10+ years in senior revenue leadership roles (CRO, VP Sales/Marketing, or similar), ideally in B2B tech firms (Cyber, IT, Cloud, Custom Software, No Code, etc.). • Proven success scaling revenue and integrating sales, marketing, and customer success teams. • Deep understanding of paid media, content marketing, and AI-driven growth strategies. • Analytical, data-driven mindset and strong communication skills. • Experience working with startups and scale-ups preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
