Looking for a 3D developer or artist to help design and build stylized 3D NFT characters and wearables for a digital project launching in a couple months. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, mint-ready 3D assets. This is a revenue-share opportunity — you’ll be paid a percentage of every NFT sale, not hourly or upfront. ⸻ What You’ll Do: • Create stylized 3D characters or avatar heads in Blender, Unity, or similar • Model and texture digital wearables (hoodies, chains, accessories, etc.) • Optimize assets for minting on-chain (low-poly or efficient builds) • Prepare assets for future drops or integration into digital environments ⸻ Requirements: • Strong experience with Blender, Unity, or other 3D tools • Understanding of how NFTs work (file formats, minting requirements, etc.) • Ability to work independently and deliver clean, ready-to-use assets • Experience with stylized or anime-inspired designs is a plus • Comfortable with royalty-based payment model ⸻ Payment: You’ll earn a percentage of net profits from all NFT sales using your assets.
