Design and model a backyard office product line

Design and model a 12ft x 10ft backyard building that can be used as either an office, studio or suite. These backyard buildings will be for sale, so the the design must be adaptable to each customer's needs. These buildings will be sold to homeowners who need extra space for working at home (home office, professional studio) or for their hobbies (crafting, wood working etc.). The building will be similar to an ADU or a tiny home, however it will not have water/waste, only electricity and heat/air conditioning. It will be fully finished on the interior with lots of windows, doors, plugs and lights. Design will be done in Fusion 360. Construction will use SIPs, not 2x4 framing. This first model will be restricted to the styles shown in the attached PPT file. Later models will use different sizes and style. Additional design information is also attached. Candidates must have in depth skills with Fusion 360, as well as experience with SIPs, ADUs and/or tiny homes.
