We are a company born in 2019 committed to empowering older adults through digital technology training. We’ve created various programs to teach older adults (and anyone who needs it) to safely use technology. Our mission of digital inclusion extends to decreasing social isolation (increasing social connectedness) and lifelong learning. We would like to welcome a team member to plan and execute our marketing and fundraising efforts. What We're Looking For: *A motivated individual dedicated to spreading our message, enhancing our online and B2B presence, plus grant writing and strategizing how to increase funding opportunities. *Passion for our mission: You believe in the necessity of digital literacy for all *Proficient technology/digital skills: Mastery of digital tools and social media platforms *Organizational excellence: Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks effectively, ensuring our communications are consistent and engaging *Community engagement: Comfortable communicating with our students and stakeholders to gather feedback and facilitate interactions *Resourcefulness: Eager to explore PR opportunities and help us secure press features, even on a small scale *Fluency in English: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for engaging with our community *Background Bonus: A background in adult education and/or technology is a plus Responsibilities: *Manage and curate content for our LinkedIn and Facebook platforms *Collaborate on grant applications and fundraising efforts *Collaborate on PR initiatives to expand our visibility *Engage with our communities to gather valuable feedback *Assist in various communications-related tasks to support our mission including tech and digital mastery *Creating marketing materials including, infographics and digital media Position Details: *Remote (must be based in the US, preferably in Eastern or Central Time Zone) *Mastery of English *Approximately 5 to 10 hours per week *$ per hour to be discussed
