SEO Content & Strategist for Beauty Brand (Shopify)

We’re seeking a results-driven SEO Content Creator & Strategist to expand and optimize our existing SEO efforts across multiple Shopify stores. This is a performance-focused role requiring deep knowledge of on-page SEO, content strategy, and current search trends, including discussion forums like Reddit and AI-driven discovery platforms. Responsibilities: - Plan, create, and optimize Google & Bing SEO-focused content for collection pages, product pages, blogs, and FAQs - Audit and improve existing content to increase visibility, relevance, and conversion - Build content strategies for non-traditional SEO channels, including but not limited to Reddit and Quora - Optimize content for LLMs (AI search assistants, SGE, ChatGPT, etc) - Stay updated on SEO algorithm changes, Shopify SEO best practices, and industry shifts - Must use AI tools to speed up and scale keyword research, competitor analysis, and content workflows - Track content performance and keyword rankings, with actionable reporting Requirements: - You must have access to your own premium SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Clearscope, Frase, etc) - Strong experience with Shopify SEO and ecommerce content strategy - Ability to write clearly and strategically, based on keyword intent and user behavior - Familiarity with AI tools and prompts for optimizing content output and process automation - Strong research skills, including Reddit and community-driven content trends - Ability to implement structured data and optimize for rich snippets and schema - Self-starter comfortable working independently, meeting deadlines, and iterating based on results - Background in beauty and ecommerce No agencies.
