Administrative Assistant Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative and clerical support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Maintain and organize office files, both electronic and physical. Assist with data entry, database management, and record-keeping. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and management. Qualifications: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
