You’ll be involved in every stage of the employee lifecycle. From hiring and onboarding to training, career growth, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Recruiting & Hiring • Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs and build a strong talented workforce aligned with organizational goals. • Maintain recruitment systems and metrics to ensure hiring success. • Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and create a smooth and professional candidate experience. • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding. • Maintain applicant tracking systems and hiring metrics to monitor recruitment effectiveness. Onboarding & Orientation • Create engaging onboarding experiences to welcome and equip new hires with job-specific training. • Ensure new employees receive the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed. • Coordinate structured 30/60/90-day check-ins and gather feedback for continuous improvement, as well as joining each employee's biannual Career Progression Meeting (every 6 months). • Develop onboarding materials and maintain new hire documentation. • Continuously assess and improve the onboarding experience based on feedback and retention trends. Employee Development & Training • Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, performance reviews, and consultation with managers. • Design and deliver customized learning solutions, including workshops, webinars, e-learning modules, and cross-training opportunities. • Manage both in-house training and external continuing education opportunities. • Implement leadership development and mentorship programs to prepare high-potential employees for advancement. • Track training effectiveness and employee progress using structured feedback systems. Performance & Career Growth • Help managers set clear goals and support biannual performance review cycles aligned with company objectives. • Coordinate performance review cycles (career progression meetings), provide tools and guidance for effective feedback, and help ensure consistency and fairness in evaluations. • Assist employees in building Individual Development Plans (IDPs) tailored to their goals and organizational needs. • Facilitate career growth pathways and readiness planning for internal promotions. • Lead or assist in succession & growth planning by identifying and developing future leaders across departments. Retention & Engagement • Conduct engagement surveys, gather feedback, and recommend morale-boosting strategies. • Analyze engagement data to identify trends and recommend targeted retention strategies. • Help lead recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building efforts. • Support a culture of transparency, inclusion, and ongoing professional growth. • Partner with leadership on action plans to address morale, motivation, and turnover challenges.
