This role is ideal for a self-starter with expertise in both online and offline marketing, law firm brand positioning, and sales enablement. You will coordinate four key team members: • In-person Business Development Brand Ambassador (Oregon-based: Lake Oswego, Portland, Southern Oregon, Bend) • Remote Digital & Social Media Marketing Director • Remote Sales & HubSpot Sales Coordinator • Remote COI-Nurturing Coordinator (COI = Centers of Influence) You’ll guide all aspects of marketing, sales pipeline growth, lead nurturing, brand cohesion, and campaign execution. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Marketing Leadership & Strategy • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with firm goals • Lead campaign planning, brand messaging, and client acquisition initiatives • Ensure consistent branding across digital, in-person, and PR efforts • Analyze and optimize performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, lead conversion) Team Coordination & Project Management • Act as the strategic hub between sales and marketing functions • Align efforts across all marketing personnel and initiatives • Work closely with the HubSpot Coordinator to improve CRM usage and automation Offline Marketing & Local Engagement • Direct the work of the Oregon-based Brand Ambassador • Customize content and campaigns to Oregon-specific audiences • Assist with event planning, sponsorships, and community engagement Digital, Content & Social Media • Oversee firm-wide content calendars and LinkedIn strategy • Supervise execution of SEO, paid media, and video storytelling • Guide the creation of testimonials, thought leadership, and attorney bios Thought Leadership & COI Campaigns • Direct COI-focused initiatives (e.g., webinars, newsletters, referral engagement) • Manage HubSpot pipelines for professional network and referral campaigns ________________________________________ Secondary Responsibilities Marketing Content Creation & Supervision • Supervise or serve as backup to the Digital & Social Media Director • Draft/edit marketing decks, brochures, postcards, and tear sheets • Develop and maintain blog content, presentations, and SEO-optimized articles • Coordinate professional advertisements and firm publication schedules • Manage production and QC of LinkedIn/social posts Campaign Management & Outreach • Design and manage email campaigns targeting CPAs, bankers, and COIs • Organize webinars (topic planning, invitations, hosting, post-event follow-up) • Track success metrics and generate monthly campaign performance reports Marketing Operations • Oversee team headshots, bios, and internal marketing assets • Maintain editorial calendar for blogs, emails, and social media • Track award submissions, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities • Maintain marketing workflows and tasks in ClickUp (or similar system) • Organize marketing content in NetDocuments • Prepare internal monthly marketing activity reports Brand Management • Ensure brand alignment across all firm assets and platforms • Support attorney-driven marketing initiatives • Update bios, practice area summaries, and case study materials ________________________________________ Qualifications • Experience leading marketing in a legal or professional services setting • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills • Advanced HubSpot CRM and automation experience • Strategic mindset with hands-on content development ability • Comfortable in a remote, fast-paced, asynchronous work environment • Bonus: Experience with B2B legal or consulting services ________________________________________ Technology Requirements • High-speed internet and reliable computer setup • Professional-grade microphone and webcam (must attend meetings on PC, not phone) • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace • Participation in daily 8:30 AM PT workflow meetings • Availability during 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM PT working hours ________________________________________ Training & Onboarding • Duration: 4 weeks (20 hours/week) • Pay: $5/hour during onboarding period • Includes: o Microsoft Word, Excel, and systems training o CRM orientation and marketing testing o Firm cultural alignment and team introductions o Evaluation of skills, reliability, and contribution opportunities ________________________________________ Compensation & Growth • Post-Onboarding Rate: $8–12/hour based on experience • Raises: Annual pay increase: 10% • Evaluation: Performance-based raises possible every 6 months • Development: Work with U.S. clients, build a marketing team, or grow into Director role • Recognition: Eligible to list firm affiliation on LinkedIn and firm website (upon approval) ________________________________________ Why Join Us?
