Position Overview: We’re hiring an experienced Agency Coach to mentor and guide our students through key areas of agency setup, including: Identifying profitable services to offer as an agency Finding and hiring service providers (VAs, freelancers, contractors) for client fulfillment Using platforms like Upwork, OnlineJobs.ph, Fiverr, and others to build reliable virtual teams You’ll be a core part of our student success team, delivering live trainings, recorded lessons, and personalized coaching support. What You’ll Do: Host live training calls and Q&A sessions with our students Teach proven frameworks for choosing winning agency services Show students how to find, vet, and hire reliable VAs and freelancers Provide real-world examples and actionable guidance based on your own experience Answer questions, provide feedback, and support student progress inside our community What We’re Looking For: 2+ years running a successful online agency (marketing, design, automation, lead gen, etc.) Hands-on experience hiring and managing VAs or freelancers Strong understanding of platforms like Upwork, OnlineJobs.ph, Fiverr, etc. A natural teacher and communicator who’s excited to help others succeed Bonus: Prior coaching, mentoring, or teaching experience Perks: Work from anywhere Flexible hours Be part of a fast-growing, impact-driven education company Opportunities to grow into a leadership role within our coaching team How to Apply: Send your resume and a short video (2-3 minutes) telling us about your agency experience and why you’d be a great fit for this role.
