We’re looking for an experienced ghostwriter to create engaging, high-impact content for X (Twitter) and LinkedIn, specifically for creative agency leaders, branding experts, and design professionals. You’ll be responsible for crafting thought leadership content that helps agency founders and branding consultants grow their audience, attract the right clients, and position themselves as industry authorities. The ideal candidate understands brand strategy, visual identity, agency growth, and creative industry trends and most importantly can write in a voice that is insightful, confident, and conversational. This is a long-term opportunity for a writer who can consistently deliver high-quality content that resonates with agency leaders and creative professionals. Responsibilities: • Write engaging Twitter threads, thought-provoking LinkedIn posts, and conversation-starting tweets that reflect each client’s voice and expertise. • Develop compelling narratives, insights, and case studies that highlight the value of branding, design, and creative strategy. • Adapt and repurpose content across platforms, ensuring a consistent and authentic brand voice. • Stay up-to-date on branding, design, and agency growth trends to create relevant, timely content. • Craft posts that are structured for engagement, incorporating strong hooks, formatting, and storytelling techniques. • Work closely with clients to extract their unique perspectives, methodologies, and insights and translate them into compelling social content. • Analyze engagement metrics to refine content strategy and optimize for growth. Ideal Candidate: • Deep understanding of branding, design, and creative agency leadership – you don’t need to be a designer, but you should understand the challenges and priorities of agency owners. • Proven ability to write high-engagement content on X and LinkedIn, either for yourself or clients. • Strong grasp of personal brand positioning – you understand how to craft content that builds authority and attracts the right audience. • Experience writing for creative industry professionals, including agency founders, brand strategists, and designers. • Adaptability in voice and tone – you can match a client’s personality, whether it’s bold and visionary or understated and strategic. • Skilled at simplifying complex ideas – you can distill branding principles, design strategy, and business insights into clear, engaging content. • Independent and proactive – you take initiative and can turn rough ideas into polished posts without heavy oversight. • Reliable and detail-oriented – you consistently deliver well-structured, compelling content on schedule. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience writing for branding agencies, creative studios, or design professionals. • A track record of growing an audience or writing content that has driven engagement and visibility. • Understanding of content strategies beyond writing, including social engagement tactics and audience growth. • Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in running a creative agency, from positioning to client acquisition.
