Project Overview We've built a functional web portal for legal professionals, but we know it can be significantly better. We need an experienced UI/UX expert to identify exactly what's holding back our users and provide a clear roadmap for improvement. Our desktop/web-based portal serves law firms, attorneys, and paralegals operating in the probate and guardianship bond space. The platform is currently functional and serving clients, but we're seeking expert feedback to optimize its usability, consistency, and overall user experience. We're looking for strategic thinking, not just visual polish. An NDA will be required prior to sharing access to the portal.
