Job Title: Social Media Manager – Women's Midlife Health & Hormone Therapy Focus Job Description: Peacock Health Collective PLLC is a growing telehealth company specializing in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for women ages 35–65. We're seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to help us elevate our brand, expand our online presence, and connect meaningfully with our target audience. What You'll Do: Develop, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and potentially TikTok or LinkedIn Craft compelling, educational posts tailored to women navigating perimenopause and menopause Optimize content with relevant SEO strategies to increase visibility and engagement Monitor trends in women's health, midlife wellness, and hormone replacement to keep content fresh and relevant Analyze performance metrics to continuously refine content strategy Ideal Candidate: Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts in the women’s health, wellness, or hormone therapy space Deep understanding of the 35–65 female demographic, particularly in the Midwest region Strong SEO knowledge with proven content success metrics Ability to translate medical/clinical concepts into engaging, digestible content Graphic design experience in Canva or similar a plus Located in or highly familiar with the Midwest (preferred but not required) Position Details: Start as Part-Time (10–15 hrs/week), with potential to grow into a Full-Time role as the brand scales Flexible hours, remote work Opportunity to contribute to a meaningful mission of empowering women in midlife If you're passionate about women’s wellness, creative storytelling, and building a brand with purpose — we’d love to hear from you!
