We’re seeking a HubSpot expert to help us clean up, organize and optimize our HubSpot CRM and marketing automation. Our goal is to better engage, grow and market to our audience of subscribers. We need someone who understands how to configure HubSpot for media and corporate marketing organizations and who can support audience growth and email marketing strategies. Scope of Work: - Audit our existing HubSpot database and identify issues (incorrect contact properties and data, data processes) - Recommend and implement database clean-up strategies - Streamline and optimize existing workflows (especially around data imports, new subscriptions, event registration and lead nurturing) - Set up or refine contact segmentation for improved personalization and future targeting - Ensure integrations with platforms like Eventbrite are working correctly - Provide best practices and work with us on documentation and training for our team Who We’re Looking For: - Extensive experience working in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub - Prior experience with a media company is a plus - Knowledge of audience segmentation, subscriber journeys and email campaign automation - Familiarity with tools commonly used by media orgs - Clear communication, collaborative and comfortable taking initiative To Apply, Please Include: - A brief summary of your HubSpot experience (and any media clients) - Examples of similar CRM or marketing automation work - Your hourly rate or project estimate - Estimated timeline - Any questions you’d want to ask us first - We’re ready to move quickly and will prioritize applicants who can demonstrate relevant experience and insight into the media/audience development space.
