Hi there — I’m looking for a reliable and organized assistant to support light property tasks while I’m traveling (late June–early July). This role involves helping coordinate with vendors and contractors at a 2BR condo rental in the Sawtelle area. What you’ll do: • Let in and meet contractors/inspectors • Relay notes, photos, or status updates to me • Ensure vendors complete scheduled work • Possibly assist with light admin follow-up (if comfortable) Ideal fit: • Based in West LA and available to be on-site • Communicates clearly and efficiently • Experience with property tasks or project coordination is a plus This is a temporary, part-time gig — open to hourly or flat rate. Estimated time commitment: 5–10 hours total.
