1. Calendar Management Description: Manage and coordinate my daily schedule, prioritizing client meetings, internal work time, and personal obligations. How We’ll Work Together: • I will provide calendar access and preferences (e.g., no meetings before 7 AM). • EA drafts a weekly calendar preview every Friday for review. • EA blocks prep and follow-up time around key meetings. 2. Inbox & Email Management Description: Triage my inbox, flag high-priority items, draft responses, and manage follow-ups. How We’ll Work Together: • EA is granted read access to my inbox and permissions to draft emails. • I label/star important threads, or create rules to auto-tag. • EA provides a daily digest of urgent, waiting, and low-priority emails. • I approve/send critical replies. 3. Travel Planning Description: Handle end-to-end travel logistics for conferences, client visits, and personal trips. How We’ll Work Together: • I share destination, dates, preferences, and purpose. • EA provides 2-3 itinerary options (flight + hotel + transport). • EA books and adds all info to my calendar + a central itinerary doc. 4. Client Relationship Management (CRM) Description: Track and manage touchpoints with health plan, PE, and health system leaders. How We’ll Work Together: • I summarize meeting insights via voice notes or Notion. • EA logs and organizes them in a CRM. • EA reminds you of follow-ups and birthday/holiday check-ins. 5. Document Preparation Description: Assist with slide decks, proposals, bios, and due diligence prep. How We’ll Work Together: • I send voice notes or bullet points outlining needs. • EA drafts or formats materials in Word or PowerPoint. • I review, add strategic insights, and send final version. 6. Meeting Coordination & Follow-Up Description: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and send follow-up summaries. How We’ll Work Together: • EA drafts agendas in advance (using prior meeting notes). • I record Zoom calls or send key bullets. • EA creates and sends polished follow-ups with action items. 7. Personal Task Support Description: Manage errands, subscriptions, family travel, appointments, and more. How We’ll Work Together: • I drop in requests via Teams for a shared to-do list. • EA manages deadlines and confirmations. • I get a weekly summary of personal tasks completed. 8. File & Knowledge Management (growth opportunity if things are going well) Description: Organize internal and client-facing files, bios, case studies, and templates. How We’ll Work Together: • EA audits and maintains Sharepoint structure. • I send materials ad hoc or on a weekly basis. • EA tags and archives content for easy reuse. 9. Project Coordination (Very Light) (growth opportunity if things are going well) Description: Track timelines, deadlines, and task progress for internal or client projects. How We’ll Work Together: • I assign high-level deliverables or project plans. • EA creates task lists and reminders. • EA follows up with collaborators or vendors as needed. 10. Social Media or Thought Leadership Support (growth opportunity if things are going well) Description: Assist with posting or organizing LinkedIn content, newsletters, or articles. How We’ll Work Together: • I send voice memos, ideas, or bullet points. • EA drafts posts or uploads content to platforms. • I approve before posting.
