We’re looking for a top-tier Appointment Setter to join Collins Ecom, a proven done-for-you ecommerce brand-building program that’s been active and scaling for 3+ years. You'll be responsible for setting qualified appointments with inbound leads generated through our organic and paid advertising funnels (Meta ads, social media content). Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound leads daily. • Engage and qualify prospects via DM (ManyChat, LINQ) and SMS/call follow-ups. • Set appointments directly on our closers’ calendars. • Manage conversations professionally across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. • Work with a proven offer and system — 40% close rate on live calls. • Consistent follow-up via text, DM, or call until appointment is booked. Platforms You’ll Use: • ManyChat (for DM automations and manual conversations) • LINQ for blue bubble SMS • Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook) What We Offer: • $600/month flat base pay. • 4% commission on every closed deal from your set appointments. • Average OTE: $1,900/month. • 8-figure proven offer, active and scaling — no cold leads. • Daily volume (~30 inbound leads/day on average). • Full training on our process and systems. Requirements: • At least 1 year of appointment setting experience (DM or call-based setting preferred). • Strong written English — able to sound natural and professional in chats. • Experience with ManyChat, basic CRM tools, and social media platforms. • Comfortable handling high lead volume and following strict daily KPIs. • Must be self-motivated, organized, and hungry for commissions. • Experience in ecommerce/digital offers is a plus (but not mandatory).
