We are a growing email marketing agency helping eCommerce brands increase revenue through strategic Klaviyo flows and campaigns. We’re looking for a Junior Email Graphic Designer who has an eye for design, understands email best practices, and wants to grow within a fast-paced, supportive team. This position will begin with a 3-month project-based trial. After the trial, there may be an opportunity to transition into a long-term contractor role with consistent weekly design work. Key Responsibilities: - Design visually appealing email graphics and layouts for Klaviyo campaigns and flows - Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to ensure visual alignment with brand messaging - Build email templates using Klaviyo’s editor (no coding required, but understanding layout logic is important) - Maintain visual consistency across flows like Welcome, Abandon Cart, and Post-Purchase - Implement brand guidelines across all designs - Assist with creating design assets for A/B testing Requirements: - Experience designing for email (portfolio required) - Proficiency in Figma, Canva, or other design tools - Understanding of layout, typography, and responsive email design principles - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual branding - Bonus: Familiarity with Klaviyo or other email platforms - Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML for email (not required) Project Timeline & Payment: * Trial Period: Paid per project for the first 3 months (rate to be discussed based on experience) * Post-Trial: Hourly rate with consistent weekly work * Payments in USD via Upwork To Apply: We’re looking for someone who is not just a designer but also cares about how emails perform.
