We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our products from concept to launch. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, defining product requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Define and manage the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and wireframes Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to build and launch new features Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment Act as the voice of the customer throughout the development process Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate based on feedback Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales Drive alignment and clear communication across all stakeholders Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus) 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech-driven environment Strong understanding of product development life cycles and Agile methodologies Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or product analytics platforms Proven ability to deliver products from ideation to launch with measurable impact Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Preferred Qualifications: Experience launching new products or scaling existing ones Technical background or strong technical understanding Familiarity with SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or eCommerce User-first mindset with an eye for design and UX What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance bonuses Remote work flexibility or hybrid schedule Health, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO and company holidays Growth and learning opportunities Collaborative, innovative team environment
