We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our distributed team in a dynamic creative marketing and tech development agency. The ideal candidate will ensure all project deliverables meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and fostering communication within the team. This is an opportunity to lead innovative projects. Must have knowledge of Video Editing, Lead Gen, Web Management, and ideally ai tech development and infrastructure. Must have knowledge of PM tools and be able to adapt to new technology quickly. ClickUp, Monday, GHL, Google Workspace. Must have general knowledge of web design: Squarespace, Shopify. Must be able to work with teams doing technical development - ai agents, supabase, database (generally). Must be based in the USA or capable of working PST/EST hours. Must be a native English speaker. Perfect for someone who has 1-3 days of availability (to start) and can actively solve problems.
