We’re launching an AI Voice Agency —a white-label SaaS that provides AI Receptionist and AI Sales Agent services to SMBs. We need a guiding technical advisor (preferably in Central Time zone, USA) to co-pilot the project start-to-launch in 2 weeks, then continue fractionally for ongoing refinement. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate 2–3 contractors (no-code automation, voice-AI integrators, dashboard dev) Set and track weekly milestones, ensure on-time delivery of Stripe → AI setup & onboarding flows Make real-time guidance decisions: recommending trade-offs and tool choices on the fly Provide code-free, automation-first solutions (Zapier, Make, Twilio, Vapi, Air.ai, Softr/Retool) Document handoff procedures, technical decisions, and onboarding playbooks After MVP launch, stay on 5–10 hrs/week to oversee stabilization, refinements, integrations Must-Have US-based (Central Time) Experience managing multi-vendor stacks (Zapier/Make + Twilio + AI Voice) Demonstrated delivery of SaaS MVPs in 2–4 weeks Strong communication: Slack, Loom, daily updates, sprint reports
