We are a growing property operations company seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to help lead and manage the rollout of our internal systems and workflow automation initiatives. You will work directly with the CEO and department leads to streamline operations, improve process adoption, and oversee implementation of Microsoft-based tools — including Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and integrated business systems. This role requires a mix of project management, process alignment, technical coordination, and strong internal communication. You won’t just manage timelines — you’ll drive execution, validate outcomes, and ensure our systems match how our team operates. Key Responsibilities: Systems Implementation & Integration Manage rollout of Dynamics 365 Customer Service workflows, forms, and customizations Oversee configuration of Dataverse tables, Power Automate flows, and team-based security Translate operational procedures into working digital workflows Coordinate consultants for technical development as needed Test and validate builds before deployment to production Process Ownership & Team Coordination Lead cross-functional projects for inspections, maintenance, work order tracking, and accounting workflows Ensure operational SOPs are mirrored in our systems and documented clearly Track team deliverables, adoption, and usage across departments Conduct working sessions with department leads and staff to ensure system alignment Documentation & Training Create internal documentation for workflows, roles, and SOPs Train department heads and users on new processes and tools Monitor issues and adoption post-launch, and revise workflows accordingly Project Oversight & Communication Own all timelines, roadmaps, and reporting for current and upcoming system initiatives Run internal status updates and flag blockers before they escalate Serve as the point of contact for systems-related decisions — removing the CEO as a bottleneck You’re a Fit If You Have: 5+ years of experience in technical project management or business systems implementation Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Strong ability to translate business needs into structured workflows and timelines Clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences Bonus: background in inspections, housing, property ops, or government-funded projects What Success Looks Like: Our systems and SOPs stay aligned and updated Staff adoption improves across all departments Consultants deliver high-quality builds without micromanagement Business processes become visible, measurable, and manageable through technology Internal teams stop relying on manual tracking, spreadsheets, or misaligned tools To Apply Please include: A brief summary of similar systems or operational projects you’ve led Specific experience with Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Your hourly rate and availability (EST overlap required)
