We’re a nonprofit organization looking for a meticulous, design-savvy freelance designer to support our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail and aesthetics, can work from existing assets or templates, and is comfortable adapting designs for various digital platforms—all while strictly following our brand style guide. This role is perfect for someone who values thoughtful design, consistency, and mission-driven work. What You’ll Be Doing: -Adapt & resize existing digital design assets for various platforms and placements. -Create digital collateral based on provided templates and brand guidelines—ensuring all assets are polished and platform-appropriate. -Ensure design consistency across all formats and adhere to our established visual identity. -Deliver all final files (source files and all related assets) in required formats and organization (we’ll provide clear spec requirements for file types, naming conventions, and folder structure as they’ll be dependent on the project). What We’re Looking For: -A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across different formats and platforms. -Exceptional attention to detail—you're someone who notices alignment, spacing, font consistency, and color perfection. -Ability to strictly follow brand guidelines while producing visually engaging assets. -Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). -Strong communication skills and comfort working asynchronously with a distributed team. -Are comfortable working from both pre-designed assets and templates.
