Flag filings that violate MN Rules or local courts rules, especially privacy/confidentiality rules. Track which party submitted each document (e.g., court, defense counsel, other intervenors). Create a spreadsheet of exposures with filing dates, parties involved, and a short description of each issue. Note any missing supporting documentation for intervention liens or attorney fees or lack of proper motion filing and support that can be striken from the record due to being improperly served or proof of service not provided to the court. Identify improperly uploaded or irrelevant pro se or email or other communications if they exist in the docket.
