We are currently planning a legal project focused on the systematic analysis of End User License Agreements (EULAs) in the field of IT and security software. The goal is to identify common clauses, potential risks, and wording that may disadvantage end users, and to present these findings in a comparative manner. The analyses must be done based on EU leigslation To support this project, we are seeking a law firm or a lawyer or a lagal counsel for about 100 to 200 hours. We envision this role being well-suited for a dedicated law student in their final year, close to completing their Master’s degree or legal clerkship, who has a keen interest in IT law and contract analysis. Alternatively, we would also consider a junior associate with relevant experience, particularly in areas such as general terms and conditions, data protection, or software licensing. The documents and EULA will be given as documents, as well as an Excel spreadsheet to fill in the findings. Your company or name will be given as co-outher of the study. The project requires much reading to answer the specific questions.
