Has construction background particularly on doing HVAC System installation. 3.Demonstrated expertise in HVAC design, installation, and maintenance for both residential and commercial projects. 4. Job Responsibilities: 1. Team Management and Supervision: - Conduct field monitoring to ensure all site RFIs (Requests for Information) are addressed, and that all necessary documentation is processed and provided. 2. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and progress reports. - Ensure that all project-related documents are properly filed and stored for future reference. - Secure proper submission of documentation, review and validate its content, and ensure every detail is approved as required. - Someone who will work on change order as well as project progress report 3. Supply and Equipment Management: - Ensure that all required equipment is checked and validated according to site specifications. - Order and process equipment for installation, ensuring vendor communication aligns with project specifications. - Verify that all items required for the site are delivered as per the specifications and coordinate with field personnel. - Validate equipment reports in accordance with the pre-functional checklist. - Ensure the commissioning checklist is complete and accurate for each project.
