Job Title: ERP/MES/Planning Consultant (Spanish-Speaking) – Healthcare Operations Routing Table Mapping Location: Monterrey, Mexico (On-site preferred; Hybrid considered) Duration: Phase 1 Consultancy (Project-based, ~6–8 weeks with potential for extension) Language Requirement: Fluent in Spanish (Written and Verbal), Professional Proficiency in English Start Date: July 2025 About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly experienced ERP/MES/Planning Consultant to support Phase 1 of a digital transformation project. This role is critical in mapping the existing operating room planning and logistics workflows, with the goal of defining a comprehensive routing table and identifying process checkpoints and alert mechanisms prior to SAP integration. Key Responsibilities: Conduct an in-depth analysis of the current surgical scheduling and supply chain planning process across multiple departments (OR team, clerical, warehouse, purchasing, and vendors). Map detailed workflow connections and stakeholder interactions across the surgical planning cycle. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks within the current manual and informal systems. Define and develop a routing table and checklist framework for surgical procedures, capturing material requirements, logistics coordination, and stakeholder responsibilities. Design and propose control points and alert mechanisms for process delays, missed follow-ups, and exceptions (e.g., banned suppliers). Coordinate with SensFlo engineers and client-side leadership to validate findings and align deliverables. Deliver documentation and insights that feed into Phase 2 (engineering and implementation of the digital solution). Required Experience and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in ERP, MES, or advanced planning systems, preferably in healthcare or hospital operations. Demonstrated experience mapping and optimizing complex workflows with multiple stakeholders and systems. Familiarity with SAP (especially healthcare or materials management modules). Strong consulting background with proven success in scoping and defining digital transformation projects. Excellent analytical, facilitation, and documentation skills. Full professional fluency in Spanish (required) and English (preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in or with Latin American healthcare systems, especially in Mexico, Colombia, or Peru. Background in surgical logistics, hospital OR management, or clinical materials planning. Prior engagement in projects involving insurance approval workflows or external vendor controls. Compensation: Competitive project-based consulting fee. Travel expenses reimbursed if on-site presence is required.
