Job Title: SEO & SEM Specialist – Organic Growth Expert Job Overview: We’re looking for an experienced SEO & SEM Specialist to help us grow organic traffic, improve search rankings, and optimize paid search campaigns. If you have a strong background in SEO, SEM, keyword research, and performance marketing, we want to hear from you! ⸻ What You’ll Do: SEO (Search Engine Optimization): • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility. • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits. • Optimize meta tags, content, internal linking, and site structure. • Improve technical SEO (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability). • Work on off-page SEO (backlink building, outreach, citations). • Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies. • Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools to track and improve performance. SEM (Search Engine Marketing) & Paid Advertising: • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns. • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies. • Optimize CTR, Quality Score, CPC, and conversions. • Conduct audience research and retargeting strategies. • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and adjust campaigns for better results.
