Meta Ads Consultation - Walk Me Through Setting Them Up!

I'm looking for someone to walk me through the process of setting up my meta ads for digital product I sell (it's selling well organically, want to retarget my viewers/website visitors, etc). The main problem I have is that my facebook ad account was shutdown during the start of the pandemic. I have access to family members ad accounts, so I would like to use that if possible. I have run ads before, I know the terminology and how it works, I just haven't ran them in over 5 years and just want to make sure I'm setting it up correctly. I'm willing to pay hourly or as a set contract amount. Please apply with your experience in meta ads along with results you've made for other clients.
