Solo accounting practice owner looking for assistance as client list keeps growing! My client list is growing faster than I can keep up and work-life balance is non-existent. My firm offers service based industries monthly and quarterly bookkeeping, payroll processing, quarterly tax estimates, corporate & personal income tax preparation. Looking for a long term hire for assistance with monthly and quarterly QBO data entry, bank reconciliation and financial statement preparation. I will continue to handle financial statement review and client communications (for now!) but will turn this responsibility over to the right fit. Opportunities for income tax preparation available based on experience. Tech Stack QBO TaxDome ProConnect Tax Online Gmail The ideal applicant would be a self starter, willing to commit to weekly check-ins via Google Meet, understands the pressure of deadlines and wanting to provide excellent client experience. Detail oriented and efficient are a given. Must have experience using the software listed above. Currently expecting 10-20 hours per month but can increase as client list grows and if applicant proves reliability in work.
