We’re a fast-growing supplement company in the fitness space, offering a clean, crash-free pre-workout product powered by natural ingredients and adaptogens. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Assistant to help us expand our ambassador team and drive sales through TikTok and Instagram creators. This is a structured, performance-based role where you’ll follow a clear system for influencer outreach, coordination, and follow-up. Your Core Responsibilities: 1. Prospecting: Find fitness influencers based in the U.S. with 5K–500K followers who post gym/health content regularly 2. Outreach: Send customized DMs using our message templates 3. Fulfillment: Collect addresses from interested influencers and log them into our internal system for shipment 4. Follow-Up: Check in 3 days after delivery to gather product feedback and invite qualified creators to a 30-day trial ambassador program 5. Pipeline Management: Keep our Google Sheet updated and organized throughout the process You’re a Great Fit If You: 1. Are organized and detail-oriented — no missed steps or sloppy entries 2. Understand the flow of influencer marketing (especially on IG & TikTok) 3. Know how to spot creators with real engagement and authentic content 4. Communicate professionally but casually — like a brand, not a robot 5. Can hit daily outreach goals (at least 10 DMs/day) and track your work properly Compensation: 1.
