Set up TIKTOK USA Account, Ads, Shop

We have following problems in our TikTok USA account:- a) We are based in Thailand but we have USA based business. We are trying to set up TikTok USA while based in Thailand. Our business is low priced jewelry ecommerce business 1) We have posted some videos, and while we are trying to create a simple Ad campaign to Gain more followers, TikTok is rejecting those videos, saying it didn't meet eligibility standard for the for your feed. However our videos are very general and not of any sensitive nature. This problem is happening across all videos we have posted on the account 2) We want to set up TikTok USA shop but we dont have USA person ID information. Can TikTok USA still be done and if so how 3) Check our account if it is possible Shadowban because any of our posted videos are getting very low views organically (between 1 to 50 views) only 4) We need to register our USA based business details into TikTok but we are finding it hard to do so. Ideally we will not share our company registration detail with you but we would need help to get this done
