The report will focus on three main industries: -Copiers / Printers -Managed Service Providers (MSP) - IT Services (Including but not limited to: cybersecurity, cloud solutions, network management, IT support, software development, data backup & recovery, systems integration, and IT consulting) -3D Printing The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and strategic skills, familiarity with market research, and experience in forecasting trends across various industries. They should be capable of turning raw data into clear, actionable insights to guide business decisions. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis across all three industries. Develop growth projections and identify market opportunities and challenges. Provide strategic recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis. Prepare a summary report with charts, graphs, and data visualizations to present findings. Collaborate with stakeholders to align insights with business objectives. Requirements: Proven experience in business analysis, strategy development, and market research. Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (Excel, Python, R, or others) and business analysis frameworks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex findings in a clear, concise manner. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in analyzing IT services and technology markets is a plus.
