We’re seeking a talented UI/UX product designer to help elevate the design and user experience of our web-based home management platform. The platform is already in active development (built in React), but we're looking to improve the layout, user flow, and visual design across several key pages — particularly in the dashboard experience for homeowners and referral partners. You’ll be working alongside our existing development team, who will handle implementation. We’re specifically looking for someone strong in Figma who can provide clean, developer-ready designs and thoughtful UX solutions that streamline the current interface and feel intuitive and premium. The ideal candidate will: Be a Figma power user Have strong UI/UX instincts and can spot visual or flow issues easily Be comfortable working with partial builds and proposing fresh ideas Understand the basics of component-based design for handoff to React devs Have experience with dashboard or productivity tools Bonus: Experience designing financial tools, property management, or workflow apps.
