We’re searching for a top-tier Graphic Designer who can craft visually striking designs that drive clicks, engagement, and conversions. Your Responsibilities: - Design high-CTR YouTube thumbnails with bold typography, eye-catching colors, and compelling storytelling. - Create infographics that simplify complex ideas into engaging visual stories. - Develop social media graphics that align with brand identity and drive engagement. - Design website visuals that enhance UX/UI and boost conversions. - Create ad creatives for Meta & Google campaigns that increase CTR and ROAS. Requirements & Skills: - 3+ years of professional graphic design experience - Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator & Figma (Bonus: Canva & AI design tools) - Proven track record of designing high-converting YouTube thumbnails & ad creatives - Strong understanding of marketing psychology (contrast, urgency, brand identity) - Portfolio showcasing social media & website visuals Bonus: Experience in motion design (After Effects, Premiere Pro) Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Great to Have): - UI/UX experience (for website and landing pages) - Motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie, or Canva Animations) - AI tools (MidJourney, Runway, etc.)
