Project Overview This project involves translating program design concepts from notes in Figma into a clear, structured, and visually engaging presentation. The deck should communicate the program journey, key milestones, and components in a way that is easily digestible for executive-level leaders. Ideal Candidate • Experience in Leadership Programs or Fellowships – Background in executive education, professional development, or internal leadership programs is highly preferred. • Strong Visual & Infographic Design Skills – Ability to create clean, professional, and engaging visuals that effectively communicate complex ideas. • Proficient in Figma & Presentation Tools – Comfortable working with Figma notes and translating them into PowerPoint or some other platform. • Strategic Thinker – Can interpret program design concepts and structure them for clarity and impact. • Fast Turnaround & Attention to Detail – Able to work efficiently under a tight deadline while ensuring high-quality output. Scope of Work • Review Figma notes and translate them into a clear, structured presentation. • Design a visually appealing deck that outlines the leadership program’s journey, components, and milestones. • Develop infographics to represent key concepts and frameworks. • Ensure the presentation is tailored for executive-level audiences with a clean, professional aesthetic. • Deliver a final version in PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides that is editable for future use.
