Project Type: Freelance | 4–6 Week Sprint | Starts April 7 Commitment: ~15–20 hours/week Project Overview: We’re launching a 5-day digital experience designed to help people slow down, reset, and rethink how they engage with social media — yes, we know the irony. This role is for someone who can live inside the culture and speak natively on Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit. You’ll take the campaign’s core themes and spin them into content that hits emotionally and spreads organically — using stories, memes, raw commentary, and low-lift video edits. We’re not looking for corporate social… we want something that feels alive, lived-in, and people-powered. Responsibilities: Post and manage organic content across IG (feed, Reels, stories), TikTok, and possibly Reddit Repurpose and remix user-generated content and influencer assets Build a running content queue of daily drops, reflections, reposts, and surprise moments Collaborate with the strategist and designer to translate prompts into scroll-stopping storytelling Jump on DMs, comments, and shares to build energy and give the campaign a voice Track what’s landing and what needs remixing — you're not afraid to pivot You’re a Great Fit If You: Live and breathe memes, moods, and message-first storytelling Can edit fast, write fast, and stay on tone with precision and creativity Have launched or contributed to social-first brand or campaign moments Know how to create organic traction without relying on ads Are ready to dive in April 7 and ride the wave through launch and post-momentum
