Optimize all videos for platform-specific requirements (thumbnails, titles, descriptions, SEO). Optimization & Analytics: Tailor content to maximize engagement on key platforms using the latest best practices. Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to boost growth and engagement. Keep up with trends and adapt content strategies to stay relevant. Social Media Management: Create engaging posts and strategies to promote videos and grow our social following. Stay on top of social media trends and incorporate them into content plans. Qualifications: Proven experience in video production, editing, and content creation. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, video optimization strategies, and analytics. A passion for making educational content engaging and visually compelling. Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro). Strong creative writing skills with the ability to turn scripts into fun, high-energy videos. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. A portfolio of work demonstrating growth and audience engagement.
