Location: Remote (U.S. based preferred) Base Pay: $500 per month About CREEW CREEW is a social platform creating in-person connection through intentional programming and thoughtful design. From community events to digital activations, our mission is to help people make real friends—beyond the feed. What We’re Looking For We're searching for a Digital Community Specialist to own the day-to-day programming, management, and energy of our Discord community. This is a freelance, contract-based role with flexible hours and space for creativity and leadership. What You’ll Do - Lead weekly content planning and scheduling in Discord - Develop and manage engaging programming in collaboration with our Events + Partnerships team - Oversee and support the community host program - Maintain the digital community’s structure, channels, bots, roles, and overall experience - Collaborate with the Marketing team to align content and voice - Manage the execution of the digital community content strategy What We’re Looking For - Experience managing or moderating active online communities (Discord preferred) - Clear, friendly communication and community engagement skills - Familiarity with tools like Carl-bot, MEE6, or other automation bots - Creative thinker who enjoys shaping digital spaces - Self-starter who’s comfortable taking ownership of systems and routines Bonus Points If You… Have experience building out community engagement calendars Understand Discord permissions, onboarding flows, and automation Have worked with Gen Z or Millennial-focused communities Why Join CREEW?
